Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

B. GENERAL NO REFUND POLICY

By purchasing any product, program, or service from Six Figure Sugarist, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly outlined in this policy

• You are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchasing

C. SPECIFIC OFFER POLICIES

$57 UNDERARM INTRO OFFER

All purchases of the $57 introductory offer are non-refundable.

À LA CARTE PACKAGES

For all à la carte products and packages:

• No refunds will be issued once access to the course or content has been granted

• Access includes login credentials, course portal entry, or downloadable materials

ONLINE COURSES

All online courses are strictly non-refundable.

Due to immediate access to intellectual property and digital materials, no exceptions will be made.

$5,500 HIGH-TICKET PROGRAM

For all high-ticket program purchases:

• No refunds will be issued after the onboarding call has been completed

• Participation in the onboarding call signifies full commitment to the program

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

• You are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments

• Payment plans are binding agreements

• Failure to complete payments may result in:

- Account suspension

- Removal of access to all materials and services

- Collections or legal action if necessary

D. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing from Six Figure Sugarist, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us

• That doing so violates these Terms and this Refund Policy

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your access to all programs will be immediately revoked

• You may be permanently banned from future purchases

• We reserve the right to provide proof of agreement to these terms to dispute the chargeback

• Additional fees, collections, or legal action may be pursued if necessary

E. EXCEPTIONS

There are no exceptions to this Refund Policy unless required by applicable law.
